Managed Support is billed monthly, starting from $1,200 per month. It's optional, and separate from your setup fee.


What "from" Means

The published number is the floor. Your figure depends on the size and complexity of the system we're managing.

We quote your monthly figure alongside your setup quote, so you see both before you commit to either.


The Billing Terms

  • Monthly, in advance. Invoiced at the start of each period.

  • No lock-in. Month to month. Tell us you're stopping and we finish the current period and hand over.

  • Fixed monthly fee. Your requests aren't metered. Send us five changes in a month or fifty; the fee is the fee. We'll tell you if something crosses into separately-quoted work before we start it.


Changing your scope

Volume grows, complexity grows, and at some point the monthly figure should reflect it. We raise this with you rather than letting it drift, and we'll show the work that justifies it.

The same applies downward. If your system stabilises and needs less from us, say so and we'll reprice.
