The software has a free window. Your system runs on your own account, and the platform we build it on includes a free period at the start. We do the build inside that window, which means you pay nothing to see the system running.
The result is a straightforward trade. You give us a week and some access. We give you a working system and the data to judge it by.
What We're Getting Out Of It
The pilot filters. Some businesses see their resolution rate after seven days and know immediately it's worth building out. Others learn their enquiries need more human judgement than automation, and we'd rather both of us find that out in week one than in month three.
Roughly speaking, we take on the pilot because the businesses it works for tend to continue, and the ones it doesn't were never going to be a good engagement.
What Happens To Your Cost After
If you continue, you move to a paid setup engagement, and the software moves to its standard pricing on your account. Managed Support is optional and billed monthly.
Pricing starts from the figures on our website, and the final number depends on your integrations, channels, and scope. We quote before you commit.
