Common at lower volumes with stable products. The system needs an owner internally: someone who updates the knowledge base when policies change, retrains the agent on new products, and reviews escalations for gaps.

That's a few hours a month for most businesses, more when things change quickly. We make sure that person leaves the handover session knowing where everything sits.


Moving To Another Partner
